The room size was good, check-in and check-out were quick, and the location was close to the bus station. Breakfast was delivered to the room. Staff warming up gradually, some were friendly. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast included coffee, milk, fruit, juice, bread with cheese and ham, all brought to the room. WiFi worked well. Good value for money.

The breakfast at this hotel was delicious and satisfying. I enjoyed a big variety of items including coffee, milk, fruit, juice, bread with cheese and ham. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was very near the Tiete bus station and close to the next metro station.

If you need to be close to Sao Paulo's main bus station, this hotel is conveniently located. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they even allowed us to store our bags after checkout. The breakfast, which is included, is decent-sized and delivered promptly to our room. the rooms are clean and spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The hotel is situated in a questionable area, which may make some guests feel uncomfortable.
